Hepburn is glamorous and light, with a tapered arm and a shallow base raised on slender solid wood legs, and an optional cross detail on the cushions. Almost limitless configurations are possible, with a choice of 4 key modules — corner, seat with backrest, ottoman, and coffee table — attaching to a central beam/leg frame designed to fit one, two, or three modules.

Interested in the idea of impossible lightness, Matthew Hilton tries to create the feeling of greater spaciousness in a room by reducing the visual weight of his furniture. Hepburn Sofa is part of a series of ‘impossibly light’ products including Hepburn Bed and Light Table.
