Kevlar Twill Weave Reinforcement Fabric

Description

Kevlar twill weave fabric is a strong, flexible reinforcement material designed for demanding marine and woodworking projects. The 2×2 twill weave provides better drape and conformability compared to plain weave, making it easier to work over complex shapes and curves without distortion. Made with 9 oz. aramid fibers, this fabric offers an excellent balance between lightweight construction and robust protection when used on kayak or canoe hulls, deck skins, wood-core panels, or any area where impact resistance and abrasion durability are a priority. Use epoxy resin to wet out the fabric. Performs well as a standalone layer or in hybrid laminates with fiberglass or carbon fiber. Sold by the yard in 50″ width.
